My stay at the Hotel Servigroup Diplomatic was quite enjoyable, with amazing staff and delicious food choices. However, I was disappointed by the lack of tea-making facilities in my room and some cleanliness issues in the bathroom that need attention.

I just returned from a good stay at Hotel Servigroup Diplomatic in Benidorm, where I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the daily changes in the food selection. The staff were truly really good, always friendly and accommodating, which made my experience nice. However, while I appreciated the cleanliness and general ambiance, I did find some areas needing improvement, like the noise from the neighboring rooms at times. Overall, it was a lovely retreat, and I look forward to returning soon! 😊
